Automated Attendant with Music on Hold
Eliminate the need for a full-time receptionist. Your IP phone system will field calls and direct customers to the right extension or Voice Mail box. Present a consistent greeting to customers while retaining the flexibility to route calls to anyone, anywhere — even to employees on the road.
Our linear hunt group feature allows your company to maximize efficiency by placing select employees into effective call groups that can be reached either by direct-dial telephone number or from a menu selection via your company's Automated Attendant.

Custom Incoming Call Treatment
Whether you're on the road, in your home office, or at your main-office desk, this service allows you to assign queues to help manage communications flow and make custom accommodations for VIPs or other special persons. This is smart call forwarding; you receive the calls you want to receive, the rest go to Voice Mail, or wherever you would like to direct them.
With our Direct FAX feature, dedicated telephone numbers are assigned directly to Fax-only mailboxes for direct inbound fax delivery to business users' email; further delivery or forwarding is then possible if desired.
Reserve as many numbers as you like and have them available for whenever and whatever you like. You may even get spare numbers from other markets to give your company the look and feel of being everywhere.
Remote Instant Office
Provide users with a remote "Virtual Office" from any location where they have a Web browser and a directly dialable telephone. This feature allows the remote users to receive calls from their normal office extension or DID number, and when they make outgoing calls the Caller ID registers the main office number, giving the appearance of an in-office call.
Group Voice Mail Options
Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Customer Service — and leave a message. Your Automated Attendant will route Voice Mail to group mailboxes, which can be customized however you like and accessed from anywhere.
